- Breakfast buffet from 8 to 10 am: fresh “Regiokorn” bread delivered daily by cable car; speck, sausage and dairy products from local suppliers; homemade jams, forest honey from Herrenkohlern, breakfast cereals and mueslis, croissants, flour- and egg-based dishes, tea specialities and hand-filtered coffee.
- Gourmet dinner served from 7 pm either as a 4-course themed menu (according to the weekly programme) with choice of main course or served as a 5-course menu.
- Vegetarian or special diet menus are also available on request!
- Please let us know if you would prefer to dine à-la-carte.
- Wine tasting with the winemaker of the month takes place every Wednesday, followed by a menu of light bites.
- All year round (except Advent season) heated Infinity swimming pool with panoramic views open daily from 12 noon to 7 pm, and outside these hours if required – please ask at reception.
